Drug users turn to 'bubble' as a replacement for mephedrone

An article highlighting the so-called "balloon effect", whereby when supply of one drug is squeezed, use of another, potentially more dangerous drug increases. In this case, users have switched from mephedrone to a new, less well understood alternative known as "bubble".
